CBNSAV Machine Technologies Inc. was established as a private company in 2023 with the aim to manufacture permanent magnets (NdFeB) in Türkiye to serve both domestic and international markets. The production of rare earth (RE) sintered magnets for EV motors, wind turbines, home applicances, robotics and defense applications are needed.

 

CBNSAV Machine Technologies aims to manufacture high-performance permanent magnets with international cooperations and local engineering solutions based on innovative R&D efforts.

 

CBNSAV Machine Technologies plans to use potentials of the Turkish REE Mine capacities once they have reached sufficient maturity to be used as a local raw material. In the mean time, CBNSAV plans to utilise international raw and semi raw-materials to produce permanent magnets with international cooperations for the international markets.

 

CBNSAV Machine Technologies believes to the efficiency of the international partnership and cooperations. Hence, we wish to establish long-term cooperations with partners who has competences in raw material productions, permanent magnet manufacturing machine & processing technologies and companies who needs permanent magnets.

 

CBNSAV Machine Technologies plans to establish in its first year of 2026-2027 multi-wire cutting of magnet blocks and following technical processing steps till final magnets according to the customers needs. With continous investments to the high quality complete sets of the magnet production machines, furnaces including Jet Mill, we will establish Türkiye's first permanent magnet production plant which is currently under construction. We plan to complete in year 2026.
